Blended Citizens Project

Helping families raise ethical, human-centred digitally blended citizens.

Real strategies. Warm guidance. No fear tactics.
Backed by research. Built for real life.

What is The Blended Citizens Project?

The Blended Citizens Project helps parents and carers raise thoughtful, responsible kids who can handle both digital and offline life with confidence.

Created by Mum, Educator, and Researcher Dr Cat Horvat, the project replaces control-based parenting with values-based tools, stories, and strategies. With online courses,  picture books and reflection journals to card games and digital kits, it’s support that feels real, not rigid.

“BCP is thoughtful, inviting, and exactly what kids (and parents) need right now. My girls jumped into the resources straight after dinner. One gave it a thumbs up and said, 'I like it because the questions are easy and it's about my favourite thing in the world...the internet."
